This cask strength bottling is a more pronounced expression of Lost Republic Rye. Expect all the great grain and barrel flavors but with more concentration and intensity. Aromas of tobacco, cloves, toffee & grapefruit are followed by white and red pepper on the palate, with a finish of raspberry and bright cherry. This is a single barrel offering so each barrel will be unique in its the blend of flavors and how they dynamically show in the glass. Bottled at 58% abv.
The nose is creamy with custard and vanilla, citrus and a basket of fresh tropical fruit. Palate is fullly textured and oily, with flavors of molasses and kola nut, marshmallow, banana, guava, and more. Delicious!
Juicy grapefruit sweetness, slightly tart with a hint of aromatic Thyme. Brewed with Live Probiotics and our Adaptogen Root Blend of Ginger and Turmeric.

Southern Wine and Spirits
The palate of the 2016 Lot C-91 exhibits the density and length that only the truly great wines of the world are capable of. The soft expression of red and black fruits are a result of harvesting earlier while the fruit is still fresh and vibrant and having patience as the wine undergoes one of the longest aging regimens in the region. A clear differentiation between the Napa Valley Cabernet and the Lot C-91 is the presence of savory elements such as sage, rosemary, cured meats, and black pepper. This patient approach allows for the integration of tannin, alcohol, acidity, and fruit. The result is a wine of incredible complexity and harmony, that is true to the place it comes from.

Our 2013 Las Piedras Cabernet is a plush, powerhouse Cabernet from the famous Beckstoffer vineyard in St. Helena. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied with lots of dark fruit, and hints of herb and currant.
Full of ripe, tropical fruit flavors like pineapple, mango, and guava, with pastry accents. Offers a bright finish of kiwi fruit and lime, showing a touch of chamomile and cream.
The resulting wine is fantastic with aromas of clove, cranberry, raspberry, coffee, cinnamon, black pepper, and coco nibs. Gloriously pure notes of boysenberry, graphite, blackberry, coffee, and dark chocolate soar from the glass and cascade over the palate. The wine is full-bodied, with an opulent, velvety texture, pure, rich with firm tannins and bold structure that is classic Howell Mountain.
Blend: 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Malbec, 4% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot

Here’s a classic Vosne-Romanee from the elegant single-vineyard ‘Aux Raviolles’, but definitely produced with Capitain flair and finesse. Red like a jewel, with black, black fruit and spices. This is balanced power,velvety and fresh, the classic Vosne ‘fist in a velvet glove’.

Pushing the boundaries of barrel-aged stouts is in our DNA, and with that, we brought to life our first-ever cola-inspired variant. Brewers Paul Cade and Jason Krasowski bonded over their love for a classic cola while creating the Classic Cola Stout. Combining the refreshing nature of classic cola and picking up the flavor profile from a whisky cola, we added lime and orange juice and zest, plus coriander, cassia bark, nutmeg, brown sugar, and vanilla to bring out the complex characters of the classic drink. This is the ultimate twist on a whiskey cola and a must-try for Bourbon County Stout, cola or whiskey/cola lovers.

This classic wheat beer tees up with fresh lemon and nutty black tea aromatics. The mid palate is augmented with sparkling lemon freshness combined with bright acidity. Black tea contributes a mild tannic finish leaving you thirsting for another 9.
Using loose leaf black tea, we make cold brewed black tea concentrate in our brew kettle then add hot steeped tea to extract a limited amount of tannins. This tea is blend into the beer post fermentation to maintain the finer aromatics of the tea. The final beer blend contains an equivalent of 35% full strength iced tea.

Apex Predator’s saison yeast expresses explosive juicy fruit and pineapple aromas meshing with lemon grass hop profile ending with a pleasantly dry finish. 6.5% alc/vol
American-Belgian hybrid style combines free rise fermentation with a traditional Belgian saison yeast and a hefty, American style dry hopping. The heat produced during fermentation (typically removed by the fermenter’s cooling jackets) warms up the fermenting beer and enhances the fruity ester profile. After fermentation is completed, we add a generous dose of Crystal hops to the cooled beer for a shorter period of time to extract all the finer hop oils.

- BERLINER STYLE WEISSE BEER BREWED WITH ORANGE AND CHARDONNAY GRAPE JUICE
Beer for Brunch® is entirely batch soured with our house Lactobacillus strain before being pasteurized and fermented with farmhouse ale yeast. Post fermentation, Chardonnay grape juice and sugar are boiled, cooled, and added to the fermenter for a quick refermentation to maximize white wine notes.
DuclotRich, fruity and with great potential, this ripe wine is also dense with firm tannins. Its juicy fruits are a part of a package with the concentrated tannins and smoky wood flavors that allow for long aging. This is an impressive wine from one of the Margaux properties owned by the Lurton family. Drink from 2025.

There's a compellingly rocky core to the nose of the Joyce Gamay Noir, which is redolent with black raspberry, flinty smoke, crushed hibiscus, rose petals and an earthy streak. The palate is crunchy with fresh cranberry skins and other red fruits, and jam-packed with mineral tones of turned earth and pulverized stones. It goes down tremendously easy but with elegance and intrigue.
The Joyce Chenin has tremendous tension and energy and is a pure, elegant expression of a special planting. Stone fruit, honey, orange flower, wild mint aromas lead to fresh picked peach, kumquat, spiced pear, chamomile on the palate.
