Pouring a glowing orange/copper color, Funkier Pumpkin leaps from the glass with a rich, pumpkin spice aroma punctuated by funky, forest floor notes from the brettanomyces, a wild yeast strain known for imparting unique flavors and aromas. With an effervescent mouthfeel thanks to spritzy carbonation, the flavor of Funkier Pumpkin features a balanced array of pumpkin pie spices including nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and allspice. No single spice dominates before giving way to a slight pumpkin flavor that transitions into pleasant, refreshing tartness; a slight warming finish from the cinnamon and ABV and a touch of toasty, toffee-like sweetness from caramel malt. Funkier Pumpkin will be available exclusively in 750 mL bottles.

We took the refinement out of the barrel and brought the funk from the farm. Using wild wine yeast straight from the vineyard and pomace straight from press, we infuse this sour ale with Dry Creek Valley zinfandel skins. Tart and jammy, juicy but dry. It starts fruit-forward with notes of bright red berries and finishes with wood spice and soft tannins. Blur the line between beer and wine. 375 ml bottle

Goose Island Bourbon County Barrel-Aged Stout Rare 2016 16.9oz
3 Flowers IPA is a straw colored Rye IPA. The three flowers referred to are Citra, Cascade, and Chinook hops, which are cast into the brew liberally, and contribute a lovely citrusy, floral aroma and a firm yet balancing bitterness. Malted rye and flaked rye, gently added to the grist of this refreshing brew, bestow an engaging dry spiciness and luscious mouth feel upon the imbiber.
