A crisp, expressive, medium-bodied wine. Vibrant aromas of quince and tropical fruit. On the palate, fresh stone fruit and apple flavors are backed by refreshing acidity and minerality. A versatile food wine that will pair well with poultry, shellfish and vegetable dishes. Also fabulous as an aperitif for a hot summer afternoon. Ages beautifully over 2-5 years.
Garnacha Tintorera is known for its deep, inky color, and for coating theglass on the swirl. A rich and approachable wine with aromas of black fruit and berry, licorice, and espresso. A supple, balanced finish with hints of white pepper to complement the fruit.
Blend: 70% Garnacha Tintorera, 30% Monastrell
"The fruit-driven and easy-to-drink 2019 Laya was produced with Garnacha Tintorera, or Alicante Bouschet, grapes blended with 30% Monastrell from an unusually wet year with torrential rains during the harvest. It fermented in stainless steel vats with neutral yeasts, with malolactic in barrel, where the wine matured for four months. It's very dark, almost opaque, expressive and open. This comes from younger vines yet is structured and seamless, quite complete. It feels like a very good vintage for Garnacha Tintorera in the zone. The palate is round, somehow creamy, and the tannins are ripe and juicy. 360,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2020. Rating : 90+" -Wine Advocate
Pretty deep colour. The nose offers a beautiful aromatic complexity, marked by Grenache and a hint of blackcurrant brought by the ripe Syrah. On the palate, it shows complexity with tannins still present, but with finesse and elegance, and a beautiful freshness.

Two distinct vineyards combine in this vintage of Farmhouse. The Oakley vineyards run along the shores of the San Joaquin and Sacramento Rivers. The vines root deep in the sand-soil and produce intense fruit. The Sonoma Coast vineyards experience foggy mornings and sunny afternoons bringing out the bright fruit flavors and deep color.
Bright but full-bodied, Farmhouse Red combines jammy boysenberry with mild pepper flavors
Like a freshly picked springtime bouquet, their Edna Valley Vineyard Chardonnay is bright and delightful with aromas of lemon oil and white flower. On the palate, layers of white peach and apricot intertwine with notes of pineapple and brown spice. A lively acidity and supple, generous mouthfeel create a perfectly balanced expression of Chardonnay.

Bonny Doon Vineyard is a wine producer located in Santa Cruz on California's Central Coast and is well-known for its unconventional array of wines with quirky labels. The proprietor, Randall Grahm, is considered to be one of California's original "Rhône Rangers", and helped popularize grape varieties like Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. Winery note: "In appearance, almost Cate Blanchettish in its pale elegance, a beautiful subtle salmon color (the wine, not Cate). On the nose, subtle suggestions of rose hips, linden flower, black currant as well as a slightly toastiness (methinks perhaps due to the extended bâtonnage and lees contact). On the palate, wonderful bracing natural acidity, good weight and comforting viscosity. Some discreet floral and fruity suggestions, (mostly ribes with background black-cherry notes). Let us presently offer a simple prayer: While virtually all of the ’18 vintage Vin Gris will be consumed within a year of purchase, may there be a few smart cookies who put the wine aside for several years to see it reach its full potential (and will be enormously well rewarded for doing so)." *Biodynamic*
Gilles Gaudron's Vouvray Brut 'Blanc de Chenin' is made by the Traditional Method (the same method used to make Champagne) using 20 year old vines planted on limestone-clay soils. With its crisp acidity, complex, biscuity character and fine, persistent bubbles, this sparkling Chenin Blanc would make a great alternative to Champagne.

Made by Kent Rasmussen, the Ramsey label (named for his wife) has been around for decades. It is often found on restaurant lists, as
Kent chooses grapes and blends with great care to achieve stylistic continuity, year in, year out, at reasonable price points. This Pinot has wonderful deep flavors dominated by dark red fruit, bramble-berries and rose characters, but it doesn’t stop with those simple descriptors. It is rich and complex, yet full of bright fruitiness and spice. There are bright cherry notes, toasty oak and a good hit of classic Burgundian complexity. Over it all is a bright balance of cardamom spice. The tannins are in just a little drying, sort of like chewing on a marigold, and offset the fruit nicely. And all for under $20!

This delicious wine incorporates small amounts of Sauvignon Musque and Sauvignon Gris which add a layer of depth and a fleshy, full-bodied mouthfeel. At first swirl, this wine presents aromas of pineapple, ripe pear, and some floral notes. On the palate, flavors of Meyer lemons, tangerines and mineral notes come through with a slightly creamy, but lively finish. Stainless steel fermentation was supplemented with small amounts of chestnut, acacia and French oak barrels adding additional character and nuance to this delicious wine. Seamless from start to finish, this is an elegant and refined Sauvignon Blanc.
"This is a voluptuous style, fleshy and fulfilling in ripe pineapple and papaya, evocative of tropical shores. Bristling acidity complements the fruit, as a wave of creamy vanilla picks up steam on the lengthy finish."- WE
Initially a dark, ruby red color, though during maturation it loses intensity and takes on a warmer tone. On the nose, a mesmerizing scent, redolent of violets. A warm, dry, and harmonious palate with plumy fruit flavors and an aristocratic oak overtone.
"A fresh and elegant red that draws you in with an enticing nose of dried flowers and spices, layering notes of pureed raspberry, dried cherry, wild sage and citrus on the palate, with a subtle streak of salinity and light, supple tannins. Drink now through 2026. 47,000 cases made, 16,000 cases imported." —AN

Cinsault with Grenache, Syrah and Merlot
Crafted to satisfy the contemplative connoisseur, yet approachable for the casual imbiber, and, affordable for all the above. Refreshing aromas of black cherries and blackberries lifted by vanilla and warm baking spices lead into a light-to-medium bodied palate of more dark fruit, savory cocoa and earth, while dusty tannins and mouth-watering acidity leave a lingering freshness. As with previous vintages, this wine is ready to pair with a myriad of cuisines and occasions, or enjoy on its own, knowing it will leave you clamoring for more.
Blend: 77% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot, 3% Malbec, 3% Cabernet Franc
TASTING NOTES: Its color is a deep ruby red. On the palate, the oak, held at bay by the wine’s ample fruit, leaves room for nuances of preserves and of spices, which are in perfect harmony with the bouquet.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Excellent with grilled meats and wild game. Pairs nicely with truffles and mature cheeses.
GRAPES: Sangiovese (80%) Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) Merlot (10%)
