Bacalhoa Quinta dos Quatro Ventos
This estate whose name means four winds is in the Douro Superior, the easternmost part of the Douro region. It is intensely rich and solid—a classic blend for the region with a dominance of Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca, aged in wood and with plenty more aging ability. This black-fruit-flavored wine will be best from 2020.

Dow's Vintage 2003 Port
Dark and intensely purple. Subtle aromas of rockrose and gum-cistus. There are layers of bitter chocolate flavors with the characteristic freshly-ground black pepper finish.
Only produced or 'declared' in years of exceptional quality and represent a very small percentage (2 - 3%) of total Port production. The backbone of Dow's Vintage Ports are drawn from the companies' finest vineyards, Quinta do Bomfim and Senhora da Riberia. Each property contributing to the wines unique character and class.
Aged in wood for approximately 2 years and bottled unfiltered, Dow Vintage Ports are considered to be amongst the finest Vintage Ports produced. These fine wines can be enjoyed young and vibrant or allowed to aged for many years in bottle, developing their very own style, very different from all wood aged Ports.

Escudo Real Vinho Verde
The Lowdown:
Light.. super light, crisp, & bubbly. This is ridiculously refreshing. Made from a blend of Loureiro, Trajadura, & Arinto, this wine is not only incredibly fun to drink, it's far more complex than expected. The Trajadura and Arinto varieties give it body and length, as well as aromas of apple and grapefruit, while the Loureiro provides floral and herbal elements. This is a daytime crab smashing, beach cruising, pool side companion.
Why We Love it:
Two words: Sustainability... and chilling. Wine maker Carlos Teixeira is deeply dedicated to the long term viability of the environment. Water conservation, solar power, light weight recycled packaging, its all there. On the fun side, we love that these bubbles come in at only 9% ABV which makes it such a fun wine for hanging out with friends during the summer days.

Graham's 2011 Vintage Port
A profound and complex wine intensity. Purple-black to the rim, this wine gives fine aromas of blue violets, black China tea andripe red fruit. The palate is full of powerful and vigorous fruit, merging into black chocolate. The finish is clean and perfectly defined. Graham's 2011 Vintage Port pairs wonderfully with chocolate desserts, such as chocolate mousse, creamy blue cheeses like Stilton or Roquefort.
"The 2011 Graham’s comes from the five quintas that have been the source for many years (Malvedos, Tua, Vila Velha, das Lages and Vale de Malhadas). It represents a selection of the 131 pipes from a total production of 1,454 and is a blend of 40% Touriga Nacional, 31% Touriga Franca, 6% Sousao and 23% mixture of very old vines. It has a more “serious” bouquet compared to the Dow, with beguiling scents of blackberry, wild hedgerow, tobacco and cloves. Straight-laced, very well-defined and compelling, the palate is medium-bodied with very fine tannins and supremely well-judged acidity. It is utterly harmonious, with a pure core of ripe black cherries, damson, marmalade, clove and spices, and the finish lingers long in the mouth."- Wine Spectator

Graham's 2016 Vintage Port
Like most parts of the world, the Douro has not been isolated from the effects of climate change, and unusual weather conditions over recent years have often departed from those typically associated with classic vintage years. Fortunately, in 2016 the stars aligned and the year brought superbly structured and balanced wines, allowing Graham's to announce a full vintage declaration.
The 2016 is a classic expression of the Graham's style: concentrated and opulent with layers of fresh, ripe, black fruit flavors. Aromas of mint and eucalyptus with chocolate notes. The Graham 2016 combines superb complexity, structure and balance.
"Extremely complex aromas that show the classic Graham character of black-fruit marmalade and burnt oranges. Follows through to a full body with great grip at the finish. Lightly sweet. Chewy and powerful. Such a focus at the end."

Graham's Late Bottled Vintage Port 2012
Graham’s Late Bottled Vintage Port (LBV) is a superb wine, selected from the finest production of what was a spectacular year. Whereas Vintage Port spends two years in casks and then matures in bottle, LBV is matured in seasoned oak and then bottled at between four and six years of age; hence the term, ‘late bottled’. Its ageing process encourages the wine’s development, and as such, at the time of bottling it is ready to drink without the need for decanting. Produced in the style of Graham’s great Vintage Ports, Graham’s 2012 LBV has a near opaque purple color with vibrant aromas of blackberry and dark cherry as well as hints of freshly picked mint. Full-bodied with brambly fruit flavors, this wine shows Graham’s signature complexity and elegance in perfect balance.
Graham’s 2012 LBV can be enjoyed anytime and pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate desserts and hard cheeses like mature Cheddar or even a goat’s cheese.

Graham's Six Grapes Port
Serving and pairing suggestions
Six Grapes is bottled ready to drink after about five years of cask aging. It has a t-cap closure, which means that you don't need a corkscrew to open it and that it should stay fresh for up to two months if stored in a cool, dark place or the refrigerator. Serve it in a glass with at least a six ounce capacity so that you may appreciate the wine's aromas. Six Grapes pairs particularly well with dark chocolate, but is also fantastic on its own as a luscious dessert in a glass.

Kopke Fine Ruby Port
Hand-harvest at their best moment, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in a careful maceration with extraction of colour, tannins and aromas of the pellicles, complemented by permanent pumping-over during fermentation. This process takes place in stainless-steel vats at a controlled temperature between 28-30ºC, until reaching the desired Baumé. At this phase, grape brandy is added (benefit), originating a fortified wine. Obtained by the lotation of wines with variable levels of maturation and sources, lead through the ageing in stainless-steel and wood for a minimum of 3 years, resulting in a rich wine, aromatic and with a balanced sweetness.
Grape Varieties:
Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão, Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby-red colour with halo granate. Classic nose, where the vivacity of the young fruits converge in a delicate balance. Determined taste, vigorous, with aromas of fresh fruit and a long and harmonious finish.
Store and Serve Advices:

Notes:
Medium amber. Powerfully scented bouquet combines cherry compote, cola, molasses, pipe tobacco and brown sugar.
