PlumpJack
Bedrock Heritage Red Evangelho Vineyard
2018 was our second vintage with full control of farming at our nearly 130-year-old estate site (still gives me chills to say that), and we enjoyed a mild and even vintage leading to a relatively late harvest at this amazing Delta site. This is a classic Evangelho, showing the bright and composed fruit we expect along with the savory bite inflected by the Mataro and Carignan, and one that should provide plenty of pleasure throughout the years.

PLUMPJACK
CADE Sauvignon Blanc 2021
Sourcing Sauvignon Blanc fruit from all over Napa Valley gives the wine great complexity in aroma and flavor. The nose is fresh, with aromas of guava, green apple, lemon, lime, white peach, lemon grass, green melon, and orange blossom. The palate is soft and juicy with flavors of banana, Meyer lemon, pineapple, mango, lemon meringue, cantaloupe, and grapefruit. The wine finishes with a bright acidity, a touch of minerality, and a nice creamy mid palate texture.
Danielle ferments our Sauvignon Blanc with 10 different strains of yeast in new and used French oak, concrete egg, stainless steel tanks and drums. Fermenting the juice in stainless steel preserves the wonderful, varied fruits of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The portion of juice that is fermented in oak barrels and concrete gives the wine a texture and creaminess, balancing the natural bright acidity of the grape.

The Prisoner Red Blend
"The Prisoner was inspired by the “mixed blacks” first made by the Italian immigrants who originally settled in Napa Valley. The Prisoner is now the most recognized Napa Valley red blend, leading the resurgence of interesting blends by incorporating Zinfandel with the unlikely mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Charbono.
Features enticing aromas of Bing cherry, dark chocolate, clove, and roasted fig. Persistent flavors of ripe raspberry, boysenberry, pomegranate, and vanilla linger harmoniously, for a smooth and luscious finish."

Turley Juvenile Zinfandel
Though the vast majority of our wines are single vineyard designates, Juvenile is actually composed of a variety of young vines that have been replanted in several of our old vine sites. We tag the vine when we replant it so as not to mix the brand new vine with its much older neighbors, then pick these young vines separately and make a distinct wine. The vines that make up Juvenile range in age from about 6-25 years, and we pull from 15 of our vineyards across California, including Hayne, Ueberroth, Pesenti, Salvador, and Vineyard 101.
