Mighty Dry is an off-dry bright cider that is reminiscent apple champagne. Crafted with nothing but fresh-pressed West Coast apples, it's our most versatile and tastes amazing by itself, paired with food, mixed into cocktails, and even used as an ingredient in recipes. Try pairing Mighty Dry with oysters, fish tacos, or paella. It's crafted to be the perfect brunch or dining al fresco bevvy. Always gluten-free and vegan-friendly.
Bone-Dry with Zero grams of sugar, Brut is our driest core cider. We chose to leave Brut unfiltered to showcase a fuller mouthfeel and provide additional layers of flavor. The complex aromas and flavors resemble the common characteristics found in zero dosage sparkling wines, making Brut our 'champagne of cider’
South City Ciderworks
The Original Blend is our very first cider, formerly known as "South City Cider". We started the company because we wanted an easy-drinking cider we could bring camping, while hanging out at the beach, to the dog park, or really anywhere that glass wasn't a good idea, and this blend was the result. This semi-sweet, dry finishing cider is known for it's easy drinkability without being overly sweet. The Original Blend is available in 12-ounce cans and kegs.

Combines 5 varieties of apples exclusively from the region, representing the 4 main categories of apple (bitter, sweet, bittersweet and acidic). This unique blend gives the drink a crisp and citrusy taste. It’s the perfect balance between subtle sweetness and refreshing bitterness.

This certified Biodynamic® perry is made from pears harvested from our friends at Mt. Hood Organic Farms an Organic and Certified Biodynamic® orchard just outside Hood River, Oregon. We used Starkrimson and Red Bartlett pears. The pears are fermented using indigenous, natural yeast and allowed to go through full malo-lactic fermentation with indigenous malo-lactic bacteria. Toward the end of fermentation the perry is blended together and bottled with some of the pear’s natural sugar still remaining. The perry continues to ferment in bottle resulting in a light carbonation known as the “Ancestral method”. This perry is crafted using a minute amount of sulfur to preserve its integrity. It is fermented using natural yeasts, natural malo-lactic bacteria, no added acid, no forced carbonation and absolutely no pasteurization; this perry is a living beverage that will continue to evolve in bottle.
Rosé combines 6 varieties of apples, including Baya Marisa, a red flesh apple. Extremely refreshing, this dry cider has notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Perfect in spring and summer, day or night!

Prosthetic Conscience is a beautiful exhibit of how pears, hibiscus and brettanomyces can come together in a magical way.
Pears are the most cantankerous fruit we've fermented, but their ethereal citrusy acidity and natural sugars sing when paired with light hibiscus astringency.
After a lengthy oxidative ageing process and a few months to can condition, we're left with a juice pink crusher that we absolutely love.
