Tasting: 
With a golden color, it emerges surprisingly rich, with aromas of stone fruit and hints of caramel, very fresh, with flavors of molasses, spices, and stone fruit standing out.  The palate finishes with balanced intensity and lively vivacity. It is often described as full-bodied with high acidity and an intense, long finish.

Pairing: 
Excellent as an aperitif, pairs well with "foie gras" or seafood "vol-au-vents".
