Winery Notes: Deep ruby in color, medium bodied with an explosion of fruit on the nose, chock-full of bright cherry, raspberry and spice flavors on the palate. Complex and well-balanced.

The 2023 Pinot Noir Alfaro Family Vineyard is the largest single-vineyard bottling, at 12 barrels, sourced from a 14-acre site planted in 1998, primarily with Dijon clones. It was fermented with 25% whole clusters. Opening with aromas of red fruits and baking spices, it’s a textbook example of the region, supplemented with some underbrush-driven complexity. The palate is silky yet substantial, tensile yet round, with a snappy, zesty and pure finish.
