Brilliant, luminous silvery hues; a powerful body. Enjoy the nuances of perfect distillation, leaving a trail of subtle aromas which build up to the final permanence of slowly-cooked agave. Straight or mixed, it will always be true to its nature.
This was a wonderful vintage which produced an incredible Chardonnay with great potential for aging. The fruit aromas of peach and pear are enhanced with hints of toasted oak, thyme and caramel. The wine is very full-bodied, with flavors of ripe peach and tropical fruits, with a rich, thick finish. The oak is very well integrated, adding light toast to the aroma and accentuating the wine’s richness with flavors of creamy vanilla and toffee. This Chardonnay can be enjoyed on its own or with anything that calls for rich, full-bodied vin blanc.

A clear and bright tequila with a bluish tinge.
As a result of the slow cooking of the agave, it has an aroma of green apple, fruits and citrus notes.
A smooth herbal flavor with The fine citric touches. Palate confirms the caramel flavor of cooked agave and a rich blend of fruit flavors, lightly specious with a very pleasant long lasting end.
Medium red with a bright purple hue. Aromas of dark, brambly, blueberry aromas are matched with dried herbs, earth and undergrowth. On the palate, sarsaparilla and classic blue fruits deliver a rich, velvety mouthfeel, backed by very soft and fully ripe tannins.

“Beyond organic,” this collection of head-trained heritage grape varieties has been dry-farmed without conventional agrichemicals of any type since the mid-1940’s. The only fertilizers applied are dried sea kelp. The only fungicides are made from lavender soap, olive oil and garlic extracts.
The youngest vines are 70+ years old with many of the vines exceeding 90 years of age. The varieties include Green Hungarian, Semillon, Sauvignon Vert, Golden Chasselas, Pinot Blanc and others. All of the vines are either planted to the St. George rootstock or on their original vinifera roots. Yields are approximately 1 ton / acre or 16 hL/hectare in a productive year.
This intriguing white field blend has exotic aromas of apple tarte tatin and star anise. The palate is round, full and bright – a delicious combination of traits. Roasted pear and succulent green gage plum buoy the deeper honeycomb-like waxy traits that arise on the finish.
Aromas are intense and complex. Rhubarb, followed by fruit and spice, then undertones of tamarind and oak. Soft and warm at first, then perfumed fruit, rose and orange blossom, and the aromatic notes of cinchona and gentian. The finish is long and taut, with the tingle of ginger and the sweetness of vanilla, a deep and lingering flavor that evolves into salted caramel.

Gin was first made by Bordiga in 1889, and this gin is made from the original Bordiga recipe. Only four main botanical flavors are used, some from the Occitan* Alps, hence the name. The four are Angelica, Juniper, Cardamom and a secret ingredient (with traces of orange and lemon peel). Occitan Gin has traditionally been made exclusively from juniper that grows wild (not cultivated) in the Maritime Alps, near Cuneo, which are some of the highest mountains in Europe. This combination of altitude and maritime influence enriches the essential oils of the juniper berries grown here, giving them a unique flavor; the berries are picked by hand. The different botanicals are macerated separately in triple-distilled grain alcohol, then distilled before being bottled.
Juniper, traditionally the most important botanical in Gin, has been used for centuries in Piedmont to make non-alcoholic remedies for digestive and other health problems. A distillation of juniper has been made by Bordiga since the founding of the distillery in 1888, and gin as such was sold from the early part of the 20th century, although the word ‘gin’ was banned by the fascists as foreign (even the word ‘vermouth’ had to be italianised as ‘Vermut’). This is not a new marketing effort, in other words.
*‘Occitan’ is a language that originated in the Languedoc region of southwest France, and is still spoken in some of the isolated mountain valleys to the west of Cuneo, on the border with Provence.
A gorgeous mélange of quince, green apple, pear, and persimmon balanced by undertones of toast and delicate oak. On the palate, pure varietal characteristics with a balanced richness and bright acidity.
"A beautiful Chardonnay, the 2019 Chardonnay One Sixteen reveals a medium gold hue as well as a crisp, vibrant nose of honeyed lemon and orchard fruits intermixed with toasted brioche, honeysuckle, white flowers, and a touch of toasted almonds. These all carry over to the palate, where the wine is medium-bodied, has bright yet integrated acidity, and a clean, incredibly classy, lengthy finish. Give bottles a year or three and enjoy over the following decade." 96 Points Jeb Dunnuck
Chambers and Chambers
Sourced from carefully selected vineyards throughout the region, this garnet-hued cabernet greets with aromas of redcurrant, black olive tapenade, and hints of wet stone. Juicy red fruits burst on the palate with a youthful intensity, with balanced acidity, fine-grained tannins, and a lengthy finish.
"“Aromas of blackberries, conifer, walnuts and dried flowers follow through to a full body with firm, silky tannins and a beautiful finish. It’s linear and fine. Juicy. A new addition of Alexander Valley and Moon Mountain give this some beauty. Drink or hold.” – 93 Points James Suckling
"Aromas of smoke, lemon peel and green melon rind carry the nose. The palate is rather silken in feel, with a grip of yellow-plum skin and lemon melding with a stuck flint tone. Tangy plum skins linger on the finish." -Wine Enthusiast
Southern Wine and Spirits
Crystal-clear, pink-gold hue. The nose opens with the freshness of citrus
fruit (pomelo, bergamot) then reveals elegant floral notes mingled with yellow peach and mango. The wine fresh and silky on entry and then
grows on the palate revealing aromas of kumquat and a mineral character that lead to a lingering and delicately spicy finish.
Blend: 65% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 7% Syrah, 8% Mouvèdre
This wine pairs excellent with all Mediterranean cuisine.
"Pale and coppery as usual, Ott's 2020 Cotes de Provence Rose Chateau de Selle boasts restrained aromas of peach, melon and citrus underscored by hints of crushed stone. In the mouth, it's medium-bodied and concentrated, with ample intensity, a slightly creamy texture and a long, mouthwatering finish. Like the other top rosés of Domaines Ott, this is a wine that is often better in its second year." 93 Points Wine Advocate
