Rendez-Vous N°7 - Venteuil, 2018 Rendez-Vous Nº7 revolves around Meunier from Venteuil, a sun-exposed terroir on the right bank of the Vallée de la Marne where clay-rich soils usher in maturity. Sourced exclusively from the 2018 vintage, it is the culmination of a rigorous selection based on purity of fruit and balance of acidity . Its refined floral bouquet (evocative of lindens and sweet vernal grass) evolves into lusciously delicious fruit essences, from poached cherries to fresh pear and pomegranate. Exquisitely paired with chestnut-cream filled puff pastry brioche or a risotto with clams and green asparagus tips.
