PLUMPJACK
Alley 6 Harvest Gin
Our Harvest Gin is first distilled in direct-fire, traditional copper alembic pot stills in order to keep the wonderful aromas of the Viognier. Then, it is distilled one final time in a column still so that we can infuse the botanicals and offer you this unique aromatic gin.
This Gin isn’t your typical gin. It’s a seasonal, limited release aromatic grape-based gin we make once a year at harvest time. The floral Viognier white wine pomace from local wineries is fermented and pressed at our distillery. We then distill it using traditional techniques. Once we have the base spirit, it’s finished with a combination of unique botanicals vapor-infused in a botanicals basket. We combine locally harvested California bay laurel and wild fennel along with juniper berries and an array of delicious botanicals. The result is a floral and complex spirit crafted to entice the most discerning palates.

Bimini American Gin
Bimini is a modern American gin. While older traditional gins have their place, tastes have changed since the 19th century when many of their recipes were formulated. Bimini breaks away from tradition. It’s not a complex recipe with fancy exotic ingredients you’ve never heard of; Bimini Gin is handcrafted using a few familiar key botanicals— grapefruit zest, hops, coriander seed—that taste bright and citrusy with a beautiful floral aroma that you’ll continue to savor after the glass is empty. Bimini was made to taste good on a warm sunny day.
All gin uses juniper as its primary botanical flavoring; Bimini Gin uses it differently. Juniper berries are often blamed for the “pine tree” taste that turns many people away from gin altogether. By using a more modern distillation process, the Bimini distillers are able to separate out juniper’s piney flavors and only extract the more floral and fruity notes that harmonize beautifully with the other botanical ingredients. The result is a fragrant, smooth tasting gin that is perfectly drinkable neat or with ice, or enhanced in a cocktail.
Whether we're on vacation or lucky enough to live here, summer in Maine is paradise; we look forward to it all year long and savor every fleeting moment. We share memories of fire flies, sandy feet, the smell of fresh-cut grass and the warm salt water breeze. Whether on the deck, by the pool, on a boat, we think of summer and imagine a cold drink after a long day in the sun.
Bimini Gin is inspired by those warm sunny days. With the clean citrusy flavor of grapefruit zest, coriander, and hops, it's perfect for those refreshing drinks we crave in the summer and that help us imagine warm weather in the winter. Handcrafted and hand-bottled, Bimini is a modern American gin that's perfect for your favorite cocktail whether it's a Gin & Tonic, Martini, Negroni, or Tom Collins. Try substituting Bimini Gin for light rum in your favorite tropical drinks.

Bimini Barrel Aged Gin
Just like days when you need a sweatshirt on the beach, we’ve added a layer of warm and comforting flavors to our original gin. The gin is barreled at full distillation strength (180 proof) for three months in three different kinds of twice-used barrels: Ex-bourbon Apple Brandy, Ex-bourbon Rum, Ex-bourbon Sea Salt. The results are blended and diluted to 101 proof and rested in stainless steel for six weeks before bottling.
Without the heavy oak and char qualities of new barrels, the familiar botanical notes of Bimini Gin are enhanced rather than overshadowed. The citrusy notes of hops and grapefruit are intensified with hints of salinity. The juniper upfront mingles with tree fruit in the middle palate and then subsides into a lingering caramel and vanilla finish.

Blue Gin
Why this premium spirit is called Blue Gin? Who knows, but we know one thing for a fact: the gin is crystal clear. The latest Austrian Gin export shines with an aroma of 27 different botanicals that have been collected from all over the world. As it is true for the majority of all gins, juniper is the strongest flavour in Blue Gin. Other than that, lemon rind, cilantro seeds, curcuma and coriander are easily noticeable as well. But it is not only the choice of botanicals that makes this gin so good - the choice of water also plays a big role in the making of Blue Gin. Pure spring water from an alpine pasture in the Mühlviertel from the north of Austria is used to give this gin the perfect base.
Blue Gin is an Austrian high quality spirit that comes in a fresh design and satisfies with its pure aroma.

Bordiga
Bordiga Occitan Italian Gin
Gin was first made by Bordiga in 1889, and this gin is made from the original Bordiga recipe. Only four main botanical flavors are used, some from the Occitan* Alps, hence the name. The four are Angelica, Juniper, Cardamom and a secret ingredient (with traces of orange and lemon peel). Occitan Gin has traditionally been made exclusively from juniper that grows wild (not cultivated) in the Maritime Alps, near Cuneo, which are some of the highest mountains in Europe. This combination of altitude and maritime influence enriches the essential oils of the juniper berries grown here, giving them a unique flavor; the berries are picked by hand. The different botanicals are macerated separately in triple-distilled grain alcohol, then distilled before being bottled.
Juniper, traditionally the most important botanical in Gin, has been used for centuries in Piedmont to make non-alcoholic remedies for digestive and other health problems. A distillation of juniper has been made by Bordiga since the founding of the distillery in 1888, and gin as such was sold from the early part of the 20th century, although the word ‘gin’ was banned by the fascists as foreign (even the word ‘vermouth’ had to be italianised as ‘Vermut’). This is not a new marketing effort, in other words.
*‘Occitan’ is a language that originated in the Languedoc region of southwest France, and is still spoken in some of the isolated mountain valleys to the west of Cuneo, on the border with Provence.

Gray Whale Gin
This new uniquely Californian gin is the brain child of Chef and Culinary TV Personality Marsh Mohktari. He set out to make a one of a kind London Dry style gin that exhibited the wonderful bounties of the great State of California. Using the majestic Gray Whale and its migratory path along the 800+ miles of California coast as a symbol for the diversity of ingredients foraged and farmed from local sources, they capture the essence of both our great state and what drinking gin is all about, having fun! But Marsh isn't just about having a good time. He's committed to helping save our dying oceans and gives a portion of his proceeds to Oceana, an organization committed to protecting the world's oceans. Crafting this gin from grain to bottle, they begin with a base of organic grain. This is fermented and distilled multiple times before gin production begins. The organic base spirit is steeped with Italian and local juniper from Big Sur. Other botanicals are suspended above the spirit during distillation including Sonoma Fir, Santa Cruz Mint, hand harvested Mendocino Coast Kombu, Baja Limes and even some fresh Almonds from the Central Valley. The result is something absolutely delicious and totally unique, but with a balance and familiarity that you'd expect from a great London Dry. The vibrant blue bottle is sure to turn heads, but it's the delicious flavor that's going to turn your glass upside down. Go ahead and pour another, it's for the whales.

Griffo Distillery Gin
Our gin is a light, crisp and fresh twist on the traditional English gin. Distilled in the London Style, our gin is mixed with the perfect balance of botanicals inside our pot still and distilled in a single run. This process takes intensive preparation and attention to detail. We believe that this is the only way to create the beautiful, soft complexity that is our trademark.
We have sourced only the finest botanicals for our initial offering, Scott Street Gin. We believe that the best gin we can make comes from the simple and raw expression of these superior botanicals. Our juniper is delicious and grown in the wild. Meyer lemons are balanced with the warmth of grains of paradise and the complexity of coriander. Russian River Valley water shapes our gin into a supple and bright pour.

Hayman Distillers Royal Dock Gin
First supplied to the English Admiralty in 1863, we still make our Navy Strength Royal Dock Gin in London to this day. The style is bright and bracing but not at all overpowering with a brilliant balance of juniper, coriander and citrus and a softly nuanced mouthfeel.
Bottled at a traditional Navy Strength of 57% ABV, this hearty style of gin is suited perfectly to mixing a classic Pink Gin. Also wonderful in a traditional True English Gimlet, originally mixed by combining the sailors’ daily tot of gin with the lime ration provided to fight off scurvy.
The bright flavours of citrus, juniper and coriander in Hayman’s Royal Dock make it the perfect match for spicy Indian food, as the robust flavours in the gin stand up to the traditional Indian spices.
Enjoy a refreshing take on traditional Victorian Navy Strength Pink Gin
