Barr Hill Tom Cat Barrel Aged Gin 375ml
REMINDER: We only ship spirits within the state of CA at this time.
Tom Cat Gin is an expedition into uncharted territories. Once distilled, we age the gin in new American oak barrels in search of a bolder expression. The robust character of the new oak barrel mingles with the coniferous quality of the juniper, yielding an enticing aroma. A touch of raw honey leaves this revolutionary spirit remarkably approachable, whether drinking neat or in a cocktail. When the world called for whiskey, we answered resolutely with gin.

Romina Foods
Bimini Barrel Aged Gin
REMINDER: We only ship spirits within the state of CA at this time.
Just like days when you need a sweatshirt on the beach, we’ve added a layer of warm and comforting flavors to our original gin. The gin is barreled at full distillation strength (180 proof) for three months in three different kinds of twice-used barrels: Ex-bourbon Apple Brandy, Ex-bourbon Rum, Ex-bourbon Sea Salt. The results are blended and diluted to 101 proof and rested in stainless steel for six weeks before bottling.
Without the heavy oak and char qualities of new barrels, the familiar botanical notes of Bimini Gin are enhanced rather than overshadowed. The citrusy notes of hops and grapefruit are intensified with hints of salinity. The juniper upfront mingles with tree fruit in the middle palate and then subsides into a lingering caramel and vanilla finish.

Romina Foods, Inc
Bimini Coconut Gin
REMINDER: We only ship spirits within the state of CA at this time.
We were inspired to create Bimini Coconut after observing our friends frequently pair our gin with coconut and other tropical flavors. Using the same techniques, we infuse all-natural coconut into our original gin to create a taste best described as “Bimini on Vacation.”
Unlike many flavored spirits, Bimini Coconut does not contain any flavor extracts. Instead, we use organic Fair Trade Certified Extra Virgin coconut oil in a process know as “fat washing.” The oil is heated to a liquid state and combined with our original gin to infuse it with pure coconut flavor. After the infusion has completed, the mixture is chilled until the oils solidify and can be strained back out. The result is a subtle, natural coconut aroma and flavor in perfect harmony with our other botanicals.
Use in any gin cocktail. We highly recommend trying it in a Negroni or Gimlet!

Bixby Dry Gin
REMINDER: We only ship spirits within the state of CA at this time.
A tribute to the forthright juniper, citrus, coriander and orris. However, California inspiration weighs heavily. Like a springtime hike in Big Sur - botanical forward elderflower, rose hips, and sage, are balanced with savory exposed chaparral and terroir in rosemary, juniper, various roots, and local wild picked California bay from the coastal mountains of Big Sur. Brightened with orange peel and other citrus. Complex and intriguing on the palate. Distilled over direct flame in micro batches. Bottled at 92 Proof.

Blue Gin
REMINDER: We only ship spirits within the state of CA at this time.
Why this premium spirit is called Blue Gin? Who knows, but we know one thing for a fact: the gin is crystal clear. The latest Austrian Gin export shines with an aroma of 27 different botanicals that have been collected from all over the world. As it is true for the majority of all gins, juniper is the strongest flavour in Blue Gin. Other than that, lemon rind, cilantro seeds, curcuma and coriander are easily noticeable as well. But it is not only the choice of botanicals that makes this gin so good - the choice of water also plays a big role in the making of Blue Gin. Pure spring water from an alpine pasture in the Mühlviertel from the north of Austria is used to give this gin the perfect base.
Blue Gin is an Austrian high quality spirit that comes in a fresh design and satisfies with its pure aroma.

Bordiga
Bordiga Occitan Italian Gin
Reminder: We only ship spirits within California.
Gin was first made by Bordiga in 1889, and this gin is made from the original Bordiga recipe. Only four main botanical flavors are used, some from the Occitan* Alps, hence the name. The four are Angelica, Juniper, Cardamom and a secret ingredient (with traces of orange and lemon peel). Occitan Gin has traditionally been made exclusively from juniper that grows wild (not cultivated) in the Maritime Alps, near Cuneo, which are some of the highest mountains in Europe. This combination of altitude and maritime influence enriches the essential oils of the juniper berries grown here, giving them a unique flavor; the berries are picked by hand. The different botanicals are macerated separately in triple-distilled grain alcohol, then distilled before being bottled.
Juniper, traditionally the most important botanical in Gin, has been used for centuries in Piedmont to make non-alcoholic remedies for digestive and other health problems. A distillation of juniper has been made by Bordiga since the founding of the distillery in 1888, and gin as such was sold from the early part of the 20th century, although the word ‘gin’ was banned by the fascists as foreign (even the word ‘vermouth’ had to be italianised as ‘Vermut’). This is not a new marketing effort, in other words.
*‘Occitan’ is a language that originated in the Languedoc region of southwest France, and is still spoken in some of the isolated mountain valleys to the west of Cuneo, on the border with Provence.

MHW
Common Ground Basil Elderflower Gin
Common Ground Spirits Gin is inspired by the Flo & Basy - a cocktail from a restaurant named Coppinger Row in Dublin, Ireland. Julian, Co-Founder, discovered this cocktail while living in Dublin, Ireland for 18 months. The cocktail is made with fresh basil, elderflower liqueur, lime, a hint of agave nectar, and topped with a fresh basil leaf.
What you will find in this small batch craft gin are refreshing floral and citrus notes. You will find a nice herbaceous bouquet of basil on the nose with a uniquely fresh, fruity, and floral finish of elderflower on the pallet. This gin is nice over ice or mixed into your favorite gin cocktail.

An essential cocktail ingredient
This iconic vermouth was a phenomenal success from the outset across the Atlantic and was later immortalized by James Bond and his Dry Martini, a very simple and absolutely elegant cocktail. Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin
REMINDER: We only ship spirits within the state of CA at this time.
Tasting Notes: On the nose, high-toned citrus mingles with Mediterranean herbs. The palate offers a silky smooth texture with the savory elements of the gin coming to the fore. The classic gin botanicals of juniper, coriander, and orris root, while subtle, remind us that this is a gin firmly rooted in tradition. Bright citrus lingers on the finish along with a faint salinity. Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin is particularly well suited to a classic martini (with olives or a twist), or a Spanish-style gin and tonic with your pick of garnishes: rosemary, lemon, or olives, to name a few.
