Starward Nova Single Malt Whisky
Reminder: We only ship spirits within California
Nova is an award-winning single malt whisky, matured in Australian wine barrels from local wineries making great Australian shiraz, cabernets, and pinot noirs. With our distillery located in the heart of Australia’s wine region, we often receive many of our barrels within days of being emptied. This allows us to “wet fill” our barrels with new make spirit to access as much of the wine’s fruit character as possible. This process results in a new world single malt whisky that highlights how whisky is evolving with new techniques in fermentation, maturation, and ingredients to create new flavors.
