Moonland Wine Sparkling Carignan Can

Field blend of Zinfandel & Carignan from a vineyard planted in the early 1900’s.

Grapes were hand harvested in early September for freshness. Once in the winery the juice was separated from the skins and fermented naturally in a stainless steel tank.

Bright, lifted and textural. A beautiful wine to drink now.
