This artfully crafted small batch Mezcal is produced from 25-year-old Tepeztate agaves, using traditional techniques passed down for generations. La Jicarita’s fourth-generation Maestro Mezcalero produced this notable batch for PlumpJack Wine & Spirits. The wild Tepeztate, which takes over two decades to mature in the wilderness, not only requires attention to detail during distillation; it requires love and care of Oaxaca and its terroir. These methods are why we chose to partner with La Jicarita. We love the agave spirit, and we love the earth, and together this partnership was born

Aromas of bubblegum, pineapple, tropical fruit, candied orange, diesel and green plantain. The nose follows into the palate fluidly with more tropical fruit and bubblegum with a low to moderate smoke finish.
