Bogedal Sour'ish #3

As mentioned in the notes, Bøgedal’s beers are never the same between their batches. The removal of temperature control in the brewery allows for each batch to develop a personality of its own. This sour also uses blackberry juice in the brewing process and has it’s own personality compared to Sour’ish #2. 

Sour’ish #3 is even lighter on the acid. Very soft body with hints of tangerine and Valencia orange. Very delicate mouthfeel.
