Aged in casks under a floating layer of yeast known as the flor, using the traditional Solera system within the ancient cathedral style cellars of Barbadillo. This unique aging process gives this sherry its characteristic straw color, almond aroma and crisp dry flavor. 

Serve chilled in a white wine glass. Ideal with Serrano ham, seafood, and tapas of all kinds. Keep in the fridge once open and consume within a few days.
