Kazi Cellars Pinot Noir

$34.99

Grown in Sonoma Valley near the border with Carneros region. Aged for 17 months in French oak barrels, using minimal sulfite additions and zero interventions such as fining and filtration.

Opens up after 15-30 minutes of uncorking. Once open, the wine exhibits a bouquet of cherries and very light oak, cinnamon and clove. Mouth-watering acidity, restrained fruit on the palate, warm oak and again cinnamon and cloves. The wine is full on the entry, mid-palate and finish with mouth-filling fine grained tannins.

Pairs well with grilled salmon, pork tenderloin, bbq chicken, mushroom dishes, beet salad with goat cheese. The pairings can be endless.
