In our warehouses lies one of the most eclectic selection of casks in Scotland.
Our ‘sleeping beauties’, as we often call them, continue to be sourced from all over the world, enabling us to creatively explore the full flavor possibilities of Speyside single malt.
While this exceptional inventory allows us to create expressions with a rich marriage of
different cask types in our core range, we also reserve some of our most individual and unique cask types for the Cask Edition Collection. Released periodically, each Cask Edition is hand selected by Master Blender Dr. Rachel Barrie to celebrate a different facet of Benriach’s fruit laden character. Bottled only once and non chill filtered, each Cask Edition captures a distinct moment in time in the creative pursuit of single malt flavor at Benriach.

Nose: Crème brûlée with hazelnut and toasted vanilla on a base of cedarwood,
spiced apple and mocha.

Palate: Chocolate orange and hazelnut cake with raisins, dried apple, apricot and sultana.
