Summertime Whites, Rosés and Chillable Reds
With Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault berries perfectly ripe and full of varietal flavours, the fruit quality was no less than superb. To capture these delicate aromas, flavours and freshness, the berries are picked as early as 4AM and fermentation takes place at low temperatures. This is part of a state of the art production process to minimize the influence of oxygen, an innovative technique stemming from traditional methods in which AIX Rosé heavily invests to create the best possible rosé in the world.
Our Bourgogne Pinot Noir Secret de Famille ("Family Secret") is crafted from a carefully sourced blend of grapes from prestigious terroirs of the Côte d'Or region only (around Chambolle-Musigny, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Gevrey-Chambertin, Marsannay…). We treat these wines as “villages” wines, where yields are restricted and ageing is adapted for each wine.
This charming wine features predominant fruity aromas of blackcurrant and wild red berries. Velvety and silky, this wine boasts soft, balanced structure on the palate, which ends with a delicate finish reminiscent of red fruit.
Beautiful salmon pink color thanks to a short maceration on the press. Fermented in natural yeasts, without malolactic fermentation. Aged from 12 to 18 months on the lees to reveal optimally the notes of fresh red fruits.
"Based on Pinot Noir the NV Crémant d'Alsace Rosé Brut has a very pale color. Very delicate fruit aroma with hints of red berries and flowers on the very subtle, fresh and elegant nose lead to a full-flavored and quite expressive palate. As assembly of each of the blocks and clones from their estate holdings within the Sta. Rita Hills and predominantly fermented as whole clusters. We have always viewed the stem as an inherent part of the cluster, much like a skeleton within a body. The approach is akin to cooking meat on the bone such chicken breast on the ribs. The outcome is that the stem’s participation acts like a corset to render the wine more stern and to lift up the fruit aromatic by fermenting largely as whole berries. The tannin architecture in the wine is also largely a stem derivative which substantiates the back of the palate and is more savory in nature much like tea or soy, but has aromas of pomegranate, white tea, and raspberry. Flavors of dried fig, white truffle and ripe cherry.
This is Greg Brewer's appellation blend rather than his single-vineyard expressions, but it's still incredibly dynamic and delicious. A fresh and fruity strawberry-slushie aroma is met with notes of crushed slate and star anise-spiced cookies on the nose. The palate is bright in flavors of slightly tart cherries and ripe cranberries, but then come juniper and pine needle on the midpalate. Acidity pumps into the pomegranate and menthol finish.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES: We use the Petillant Natural method for making our Love Sparkling. For 2020, we left the juice on the skins overnight and pressed into stainless steel tank. We fermented the wine until it reached 15 grams of sugar, then chilled the wine down to stop fermentation and bottled the juice. As it warmed up, fermentation occurred again in bottle. Wine spent 7 months in bottle and was disgorged by hand with no dosage. This is our first year bottling Love Sparkling Chenin Blanc. We wanted to have a sparkling join the Love label. This wine is made to be enjoyed until the last drop. Have fun and drink up.
VITICULTURAL AREA: Shell Creek Vineyard has sandy top soil and calcareous fossilized sea shells underneath. It was planted in 1972, and owned by the same family (Sinton Family), since the late 1800’s. The vineyard is SIP certified – it is sustainably farmed with no spraying of round-up.
At Broc Cellars, all of our wines are made using spontaneous fermentation, a process that means we only use native yeasts and bacteria that exist on the grapes in order to make wine. We don’t add anything – this includes nutrients, yeast, bacteria, enzymes, tannins or other popular fermentation agents. Sulphur is a naturally occurring element in all wine, the amount found can vary. We add little to no S02, depending on the wine and style.
Our Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit, honeydew melon, orange peel, and white flowers. On the palate, there is more vibrant citrus with melon, honeysuckle flavors followed by a crisp acidity and touch of minerality. A bit of Semillon and Viognier in the blend add another layer of complexity to the wine with flavors of kiwi and lemon cream pie. By fermenting in stainless steel, French oak, and concrete, we build layers of complexity. The barrel fermentations add texture, density, and viscosity to the mid-palate of the wine, while the concrete adds a touch of flint and minerality to the finish along with mid-palate richness. Stainless steel fermentations preserve the natural Sauvignon Blanc aromatics, vibrant acidity and crispness.
An elegant, original and inimitable personality. Rich in red fruit mixed with notes of licorice typical of the variety. Great harmony with anything from traditional pesto to charcuterie to cherry pie.

Elegant pale-pink color, evoking a rose petal. On the nose, Miraval Rosé shows all its elegance: beautifully fresh, it exudes aromas of fresh fruit, currants and fresh rose with a zest of lemon. The refinement continues in the mouth with beautiful liveliness and gourmet notes that subtly balance the mineral and saline notes. An irresistible wine that ends with a long finish with lemony notes.

Chambers and Chambers
Deep color which foreshadows intense, but never excessive scents. It combines roundness and austerity.This artisanal Lambrusco from the Chiarli family in Emilia-Romagna, the oldest producer of Lambrusco in Italy. Made from single-vineyard Grasparossa grapes, this Lambrusco has bright blackberry and raspberry fruit. This sparkling red will dance on your tongue before finishing dry.
Chambers and Chambers
In 2016 Cleto Chiarli started a collaboration with local farmers in the Castelvetro area that have long embraced organic viticulture practices. These individuals are members of the Cantina Sociale di Settecani, with whom Chiarli has been partners with for many years prior to this project. Chiarli supervises and controls the quality of the farming and viticultural practices of the vineyards. The grapes are brought to Cleto Chiarli at the time of harvest and the Chiarli winemaking team proceeds with vinification.
Aromas of white flowers and a strawberry nose lead to a fruit forward yet balanced entry and mouthfeel. The round and juicy palate is supported by structured acidity and a lingering texture that leaves your mouth watering for the next sip.
Grenache, Syrah and Grenache Blanc
Offers classic aromas of wild strawberries and red currants, with a light, floral character and a crisp, bone-dry palate.
A Rosé of reference, to be enjoyed year-round on its own or with a wide range of lighter fare and Provence-inspired cuisine.

This juicy wine with peach and pineapple flavors is fresh, crisply textured and tangy. Lemon fruits at the end give the wine a great lift.

This domaine is one of the estates owned and run by the three, hardworking Aubert Brothers, which they inherited from their father and named after him. They make very good Cotes de Rhone using a Grenache and Syrah blend. It is perfectly weighted, with ripe dark fruit and peppery spice.
Sparkling in the traditional method, 100% Chardonnay. Terroir of glacial moraines on small yields. Very slow and soft pressing. Aging on fine lees in vats for 4 months then matured in bottles "on slats" for 12 months. On the nose, lively fruit and notes of white flowers, on the palate purity, roundness and minerality.
Domaine de Beauséjour has 27 hectares of Chinon AOC vineyards, and a total surface area of 93 hectares. The original farm was purchasd by Jacques Chauveau in 1951; his son Gerard inherited the property in 1968 and decided to plant vineyards; today, he and his son David produce the wines from 100% Cabernet Franc.This is cool climate, crisp Cabernet Franc as you would expect from Chinon. Smelsl and tastes of pomegranate and red plums, with a bit of ruby grapefruit, tamarind, green olive, and tarragon.
