Summertime Whites, Rosés and Chillable Reds
This domaine is one of the estates owned and run by the three, hardworking Aubert Brothers, which they inherited from their father and named after him. They make very good Cotes de Rhone using a Grenache and Syrah blend. It is perfectly weighted, with ripe dark fruit and peppery spice.
Sparkling in the traditional method, 100% Chardonnay. Terroir of glacial moraines on small yields. Very slow and soft pressing. Aging on fine lees in vats for 4 months then matured in bottles "on slats" for 12 months. On the nose, lively fruit and notes of white flowers, on the palate purity, roundness and minerality.
Domaine de Beauséjour has 27 hectares of Chinon AOC vineyards, and a total surface area of 93 hectares. The original farm was purchasd by Jacques Chauveau in 1951; his son Gerard inherited the property in 1968 and decided to plant vineyards; today, he and his son David produce the wines from 100% Cabernet Franc. This is cool climate, crisp Cabernet Franc as you would expect from Chinon. Smelsl and tastes of pomegranate and red plums, with a bit of ruby grapefruit, tamarind, green olive, and tarragon. Perfect wine for you, assuming you know and enjoy the Parisian Bistro, food-friendly, bright acidity style of Cabernet Franc.
After selective sorting of the harvested grapes before vatting on a sorting table, the bunches of grapes are vatted whole (no de-stalking or crushing).
They are vinified using traditional Beaujolais methods, where the bunches are kept whole throughout vatting, which lasts 7 to 8 days.
In this way we craft a ruby-coloured Beaujolais-Villages with pleasant red fruit aromas (raspberry, red currant, strawberry). The tannins are supple and blend in beautifully. This fruity wine will be tasty all the time of day.
This is pure, squeaky clean Chardonnay unfurnished with the aggressive spice and richness of oak aging, which therefore makes it an absolutely delicious and refreshing take on White Burgundy. You’ll uncover notes of crisp yellow and green apple skin, lemon zest, crushed rocks, Anjou pear, fresh white flowers, lees, and a touch of honeysuckle. The medium-bodied palate bursts with citrus and just-ripened orchard fruits before giving way to a zesty, spirited, and palate-cleansing finish.-Ian Cauble- Master Sommelier
Elegant ruby color with purple tints. The nose is fresh and pleasant with strawberry, blackcurrant and spices aromas (pepper). In the mouth, the entry is tender and elegant then ample and harmonious with silky tannins. An elegant red wine, fruity, light, easy to drink.
This wine will pair well with red meat, white meat, salads, cheeses and red fruits dessert. Perfect to accompany barbecues.

Crystal-clear, pink-gold hue. The nose opens with the freshness of citrus
fruit (pomelo, bergamot) then reveals elegant floral notes mingled with yellow peach and mango. The wine fresh and silky on entry and then
grows on the palate revealing aromas of kumquat and a mineral character that lead to a lingering and delicately spicy finish.
Blend: 65% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 7% Syrah, 8% Mouvèdre
This wine pairs excellent with all Mediterranean cuisine.
"Pale and coppery as usual, Ott's 2020 Cotes de Provence Rose Chateau de Selle boasts restrained aromas of peach, melon and citrus underscored by hints of crushed stone. In the mouth, it's medium-bodied and concentrated, with ample intensity, a slightly creamy texture and a long, mouthwatering finish. Like the other top rosés of Domaines Ott, this is a wine that is often better in its second year." 93 Points Wine Advocate
The Bandol Tempier Rosé offers a unique blend of complexity and freshness. It has a fine structure, with no tannin. The high-quality care given to the vines and the diversity of the terroirs produce a flavorful intensity and a strong typicity.

Visadi means “vision’ as these Dolcetto vines were the only vines passed down from Domenico’s father. The Dolcetto is thoughtful, but still a playful varietal not intended to be compared with Barbera or Nebbiolo. Red fruits pushing out of the glass with pleasant tannins and slight spice.
Light.. super light, crisp, & bubbly. This is ridiculously refreshing. Made from a blend of Loureiro, Trajadura, & Arinto, this wine is not only incredibly fun to drink, it's far more complex than expected. The Trajadura and Arinto varieties give it body and length, as well as aromas of apple and grapefruit, while the Loureiro provides floral and herbal elements. This is a daytime crab smashing, beach cruising, pool side companion.
Why We Love it:
Two words: Sustainability... and chilling. Wine maker Carlos Teixeira is deeply dedicated to the long term viability of the environment. Water conservation, solar power, light weight recycled packaging, its all there. On the fun side, we love that these bubbles come in at only 9% ABV which makes it such a fun wine for hanging out with friends during the summer days.
Fresh as a slap across the face, bright as the morning sun and clean as a glacial lake. This light-bodied Gruner Veltliner from the Austrian grower Franz Etz makes music with its layers of fruit notes and tickles you with perky acidity.
Pretty deep colour. The nose offers a beautiful aromatic complexity, marked by Grenache and a hint of blackcurrant brought by the ripe Syrah. On the palate, it shows complexity with tannins still present, but with finesse and elegance, and a beautiful freshness.
Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre
A crisp orange wine perfect to pair with spicy foods, springtime and ... well, anything. The 2017 vintage of this wine landed us on Sunset Magazine’s top 100 wines list. It will make you a believer in non-red wines. We use a mix of white grapes from different vineyards that we de-stem and ferment on skins, resulting in a beautiful showcase of all the delicate flavors of white wine, but with more substance and texture.

Gin combined with Yarra Valley grapes? Bloody brilliant. This crazy experiment using our original Rare Dry Gin steeped with local cool climate Shiraz grapes has become a cult-favourite, the perfect balance of sweet fruit and ginny goodness.
Lemony fresh, this brisk white carries notes of tarragon and a hint of crunchy green pepper. Citrusy acidity keeps it bright and cleansing, as if the flavors were lifted by a sea breeze. A perfect pairing for picnics and creamy goat cheese.
"Jacob Gundlach brought over this grape from his homeland and it has been growing on Rhinefarm ever since. Although plenty of wineries in Alsace make their Gewürztraminers a little sweet, we vinify ours completely dry, with bright acidity."
Aromas of allspice, jasmine and citrus burst from the glass. Luscious flavors of pink grapefruit, white nectarine, navel orange, lychee and starfruit are spiced with fresh ginger and coriander.
Bright acidity lends a crisp freshness to the flavors of peach, passionfruit, and lemongrass, artfully balanced by a touch of freshly squeezed grapefruit and lime. Juicy and refreshing, with aromas of jasmine, peach, and grapefruit rind. Medium-bodied, with a lingering finish.
"Grapefruit, lime and lemon zest flavors are crisp and elegant, with a pretty note of chamomile on the finish. Drink now."-Wine Spectator
