Dominique Piron is based in Morgon and has been producing wine for more than 40 years. This is a rare example of Beaujolais rosé produced from Gamay with just a hint of skin contact. Bright, mouth-watering, mineral with great fleshy berry texture and flavors. Dense fruit viscosity that is followed by a burst of crisp minerality! Density without weight. Beautiful aromatics of cranberry/roses, white peach, white flowers. Elegant and racy.
