La Casaccia, ‘Poggeto,’ Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese DOC

This grape, despite its pale hue and lighter body, is rich in pronounced flavors such as strawberry preserves, raspberry, and a hint of spice. Its mouth-watering acidity also stands out, making it an excellent match for cheese and cured meats. I enjoyed it alongside burrata and duck liver (I promise I don’t indulge like this every evening) and found it utterly enchanting!
