Brewery Notes:

A well bittered but balanced Northern-German inspired Pilsner for all the Shiny Happy Pilsner People out there! Featuring a single decoction with good portion of chit malt, and a very lovely lot of Sterling hops. Sterling is directly related to Saaz, but features more citrus character on top of a lovely floral sweetgrass. This beer had a larger whirlpool addition for more aroma enhancement.
