Straw-yellow with a greenish hue. The wine's aromas of white fruit, stone fruit and lime zest are immediately beguiling and followed by a subtle yet persistent bouquet of green apples. The palate is well balanced with a fresh acidity and good structure. Pleasant almond notes linger on the finish.
100% Nebbiolo grown in calcareous clay soils in La Morra. Fermentation lasts 10 days in stainless steel. The wine is then aged in 30-40% new French oak barriques for 24 months, followed by 12 months in bottle before release.
"This is already approachable with lovely ripe-strawberry, chocolate and walnut character. It’s full and layered with chewy, polished tannins and a flavorful finish. Better after 2022." 94 Points James Suckling
A Barolo of high standing, both austere and complex. Deep red garnet in color. Delicately spiced bouquet (notes of eucalyptus, licorice and menthol), mature fruit (liqueur soaked cherries, blackberries and prunes) and hints of violets and medicinal herbs. Powerful on the palate, lightly acidic and fresh. Lasting finish.
The criterion for selecting a vineyard is quite simple: the site has to be compelling. Attributes that create a special vineyard are uniqueness in climate, varietal, soil, vine age, and vineyard practice. Perhaps most important though, the vineyard must show quality, balance, and soul.
This wine is wonderful. With such amazing natural acidity, a deeper and more brooding wine can still find balance. Amarena black cherries, earth, balsamic, violets, quinine, graphite and macerated plums are aromatic highlights. A full and lush front and mid palate are balanced by the firm and fresh structure.
Light ruby red color. Intense and elegant with red fruit and violets reminders to the nose; those sensations are confirmed on the palate with also a spicy hint of underbrush forest floor terroir imprint. 100% Nebbiolo
The estate is a member of a newly formed consortium of Langhe producers called “Biotipicità,” founded by producers who all adhere to the “lotta integrata,” an Italian regulation governing sustainable farming methods.
Plum fruit and intriguing hints of flint and smoke, is aged in stainless steel.

Visadi means “vision’ as these Dolcetto vines were the only vines passed down from Domenico’s father. The Dolcetto is thoughtful, but still a playful varietal not intended to be compared with Barbera or Nebbiolo. Red fruits pushing out of the glass with pleasant tannins and slight spice.

100% Nebbiolo grown in the commune of Babaresco, where calcareous blue marl soils dominate. All of the fruit comes from the slopes of the Muncagöta cru, which happens to be the dialect form of “Moccagatta”. The grapes are macerated on the skins in temperature-controlled steel tanks, then the wine is aged in French oak barriques, of which approximately 40% are new, for 18 months. 1,300 cases produced annually.

The color is a deep garnet red with orange reflections. Intense scents tipical of nebbiolo, rose, truffles, leather. The palate shows hints of black cherry, truffles, spices and notes of aromatic herbs. Texture subtle and velvety tannins with a remarkable depth and complexity. Persistence is pleasantly long.
New leather, woodland berry, dark spice, and menthol aromas unfold in the glass. It's bright and juicy, offering tight layers of raspberry compote, morello cherry, cinnamon and clove alongside firm, chewy tannins. Fresh acidity lends balance while a graphite note energizes the finish. Give this time to unwind and develop even more complexity. Drink 2023–2038

"The 2015 Barbaresco Angelo is a blend of fruit mostly from Ronchi, with pieces of Montersino and Loreto that sees 55 days on the skins. Today, the Angelo is very tight and austere. Crushed rose petal, cedar and dried herb notes are pushed forward, while the fruit is more restrained in its expression initially. Time in the glass brings out the wine's pedigree as well as the raciness and natural richness of the year. There is so much to like here. Drinking window: 2020-2035. 93+ points
