Brewery Notes:

Our Pils is significantly more heavily hopped and at the same time slimmer than many other representatives of the style. As with all our beers, we only use select Bavarian aroma hops. And you can taste and smell that. Despite the 45 bitter units, our Pils never seems scratchy or lingeringly bitter, but always remains harmonious and ends with a fine, lingering bitterness. A perfect aperitif that really whets the appetite. Cheers - enjoy your meal!
