Aperitivo Cappelletti

Leopold Bros. Aperitivo
In line with the traditional Italian style, the spirit centers around major flavor components: bitterness from gentian root and sweetness from cane sugar. Citrus is the third major component, so we add distilled coriander and grapefruit peels to give Leopold Bros. Aperitivo a bright, citrus aroma. We mix these components with a variety of fragrant flowering botanicals, including hyssop and Artemsia pontica.
We color the cordial with natural cochineal, which adds the vibrant red color that one expects from a traditional Aperitivo as it has been used in spirits for hundreds of years.

Alley 6 Harvest Gin
Our Harvest Gin is first distilled in direct-fire, traditional copper alembic pot stills in order to keep the wonderful aromas of the Viognier. Then, it is distilled one final time in a column still so that we can infuse the botanicals and offer you this unique aromatic gin.
This Gin isn’t your typical gin. It’s a seasonal, limited release aromatic grape-based gin we make once a year at harvest time. The floral Viognier white wine pomace from local wineries is fermented and pressed at our distillery. We then distill it using traditional techniques. Once we have the base spirit, it’s finished with a combination of unique botanicals vapor-infused in a botanicals basket. We combine locally harvested California bay laurel and wild fennel along with juniper berries and an array of delicious botanicals. The result is a floral and complex spirit crafted to entice the most discerning palates.

Bimini American Gin
Bimini is a modern American gin. While older traditional gins have their place, tastes have changed since the 19th century when many of their recipes were formulated. Bimini breaks away from tradition. It’s not a complex recipe with fancy exotic ingredients you’ve never heard of; Bimini Gin is handcrafted using a few familiar key botanicals— grapefruit zest, hops, coriander seed—that taste bright and citrusy with a beautiful floral aroma that you’ll continue to savor after the glass is empty. Bimini was made to taste good on a warm sunny day.
All gin uses juniper as its primary botanical flavoring; Bimini Gin uses it differently. Juniper berries are often blamed for the “pine tree” taste that turns many people away from gin altogether. By using a more modern distillation process, the Bimini distillers are able to separate out juniper’s piney flavors and only extract the more floral and fruity notes that harmonize beautifully with the other botanical ingredients. The result is a fragrant, smooth tasting gin that is perfectly drinkable neat or with ice, or enhanced in a cocktail.
Whether we're on vacation or lucky enough to live here, summer in Maine is paradise; we look forward to it all year long and savor every fleeting moment. We share memories of fire flies, sandy feet, the smell of fresh-cut grass and the warm salt water breeze. Whether on the deck, by the pool, on a boat, we think of summer and imagine a cold drink after a long day in the sun.
Bimini Gin is inspired by those warm sunny days. With the clean citrusy flavor of grapefruit zest, coriander, and hops, it's perfect for those refreshing drinks we crave in the summer and that help us imagine warm weather in the winter. Handcrafted and hand-bottled, Bimini is a modern American gin that's perfect for your favorite cocktail whether it's a Gin & Tonic, Martini, Negroni, or Tom Collins. Try substituting Bimini Gin for light rum in your favorite tropical drinks.

Bimini Barrel Aged Gin
Just like days when you need a sweatshirt on the beach, we’ve added a layer of warm and comforting flavors to our original gin. The gin is barreled at full distillation strength (180 proof) for three months in three different kinds of twice-used barrels: Ex-bourbon Apple Brandy, Ex-bourbon Rum, Ex-bourbon Sea Salt. The results are blended and diluted to 101 proof and rested in stainless steel for six weeks before bottling.
Without the heavy oak and char qualities of new barrels, the familiar botanical notes of Bimini Gin are enhanced rather than overshadowed. The citrusy notes of hops and grapefruit are intensified with hints of salinity. The juniper upfront mingles with tree fruit in the middle palate and then subsides into a lingering caramel and vanilla finish.

Blue Gin
Why this premium spirit is called Blue Gin? Who knows, but we know one thing for a fact: the gin is crystal clear. The latest Austrian Gin export shines with an aroma of 27 different botanicals that have been collected from all over the world. As it is true for the majority of all gins, juniper is the strongest flavour in Blue Gin. Other than that, lemon rind, cilantro seeds, curcuma and coriander are easily noticeable as well. But it is not only the choice of botanicals that makes this gin so good - the choice of water also plays a big role in the making of Blue Gin. Pure spring water from an alpine pasture in the Mühlviertel from the north of Austria is used to give this gin the perfect base.
Blue Gin is an Austrian high quality spirit that comes in a fresh design and satisfies with its pure aroma.

Bordiga
Bordiga Occitan Italian Gin
Gin was first made by Bordiga in 1889, and this gin is made from the original Bordiga recipe. Only four main botanical flavors are used, some from the Occitan* Alps, hence the name. The four are Angelica, Juniper, Cardamom and a secret ingredient (with traces of orange and lemon peel). Occitan Gin has traditionally been made exclusively from juniper that grows wild (not cultivated) in the Maritime Alps, near Cuneo, which are some of the highest mountains in Europe. This combination of altitude and maritime influence enriches the essential oils of the juniper berries grown here, giving them a unique flavor; the berries are picked by hand. The different botanicals are macerated separately in triple-distilled grain alcohol, then distilled before being bottled.
Juniper, traditionally the most important botanical in Gin, has been used for centuries in Piedmont to make non-alcoholic remedies for digestive and other health problems. A distillation of juniper has been made by Bordiga since the founding of the distillery in 1888, and gin as such was sold from the early part of the 20th century, although the word ‘gin’ was banned by the fascists as foreign (even the word ‘vermouth’ had to be italianised as ‘Vermut’). This is not a new marketing effort, in other words.
*‘Occitan’ is a language that originated in the Languedoc region of southwest France, and is still spoken in some of the isolated mountain valleys to the west of Cuneo, on the border with Provence.

Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
Vermouth di Torino is a collective heritage of Piedmont, which sees in the royal Savoy court as first big promoter of a product which, mainly starting from the late XVIII century, generated a flourishing industry which led Piedmont to become the Kingdom of Vermouth.
In occasion of the 120 years from the foundation, Storico Vermouth di Torino is again produced according to the original recipe of Giulio Cocchi. This vermouth belongs to the category of the sweet vermouths, or Italian vermouths, sweet and amber as indicated in the manuals of the late XIX century.
