Vineyards are located on the 2nd or 3rd terrasse of Le Tarn, in the vicinity of Toulouse.

SOILS
Limestone, clay and silica-clay

HARVEST & VINIFICATION
Full destemming and crushing, followed by slow fermentation at 28°C. Skin maceration with punch down for 15 days, followed by eight months of ageing in concrete tanks. Slightly filtered before bottling.
