Chateau du Cedre Malbec Marcel

Medium-bodied, bright and food-friendly dry Malbec from its home region of Cahors in the southwest of France. Farmed organically without certification, having banned pesticides over 2 decades ago. Fermented with wild yeasts. Cahors grown Malbec tends to be a bit lighter and fresher tasting than its Argentine counterpart, making it very versatile for pairing with meals.
