KANOSUKE HIOKI POT STILL 2024 LIMITED EDITION is a Japanese-style pot still whisky distilled in unique stainless steel pot stills under vacuum pressure from malted barley and local Japanese un-malted barley at our Hioki Distillery. We then slowly mature this whisky in new American white oak casks and ex-Bourbon barrels with the addition of re-charred ex-shochu casks at our Kanosuke Distillery warehouse.
