La Vecchia Posta "Il Selvaggio" Timorasso Colli Tortonesi DOC

“Il Selvaggio,” or “the wild one,” comes from timorasso vines deliberately scattered throughout each of the various small vineyards on Roberto’s property. The wine is pressed and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel. The wine is then aged in stainless tank on the lees with light battonage. After 9 months the wine is bottled with very little sulfur.
