The uniqueness that stems from every single cask in a warehouse allows each drop of spirit to develop in its own way. The exclusive, limited release nature that makes up single cask bottling showcases the complex and distinctive character of the distillery and the flavour influence of the particular wood type. Each bottle is hand numbered, non chill filtered and of a natural color imparted by the oak casks.

Color: Auburn

Aroma: Dark and mature fruitcake with raisin, cherry and sultana, enriched with
liquorice and walnut

Palate: Black treacle and sultana malt loaf, with lingering dark honey, nutty Oloroso and
ground nutmeg.

Bottled at 52.8% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural in colour.
