Meinkland Mulatschak White

A lightly aromatic and tannic skin contact white wine with soft yeastiness. A blend of Welschriesling, Pinot Gris, and Traminer all given 5 to 7 days of maceration on the skins. Certified biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, no filtering or fining, and very low sulfite additions. Naturally hazy, notes of apricots and goldenberries. Juicy and mouthwatering, it tickles the mind and inevitably makes you want to share its joy in a social gathering.
