50% Cabernet & 50% Merlot, Left Bank Bordeaux, sub-region entre-deux-mers. Red cherry, plum, and currant blend with gravelly soil, tobacco, and spice. Fermented dry with native yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
