The 2022 Blanc de Noir is 100% Pinot Noir from Bentrock and Sanford & Benedict, vinified white, as a still wine. It offers terrific depth and texture, while remaining light on its feet. The purity of the flavors is just striking. In tasting, the wine comes across as a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot, with the energy of the former and the body of the latter.
