Pinhook takes a winemaker’s approach to whiskey by blending to highlight unique attributes of mature barrels and setting a proof where the blend drinks best. This approach results in the best, not the same, whiskey with each vintage.

The 2022 vintage of High Proof Bourbon showcases a nose bursting with fresh fig, apple cider, marzipan, and clove. These lead to a rich palate of dried papaya, coffee, cinnamon, and burnt caramel.
