Ingredients
- 1.5 oz gin
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 oz lavender simple syrup

1 bottle of Champagne
*We recommend: Laurent Perrier Brut Champagne
Directions: In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, add gin, lemon juice, and lavender simple syrup. Shake vigorously to combine for at least 10 seconds. Pour in to a coup glass or champagne flute, and top with champagne. Garnish with lavender sprig.
