Sempre Cuntentu is an organic wine from Corsica, France. It is 100% Sciacarellu (sha-ka-REL-oo). This wine is medium bodied with high acidity. It's known for being fresh and "always happy" as the bottle states. It's bright, juicy notes of red cherry, raspberry, strawberry, and cranberry, with undertones of white pepper, Mediterranean herbs, and flinty minerality. 
Best served with a light chill.
