Samaroli Trinidad Rum 1999
Trinidad and Tobago , their name comes from the Holy Trinity and the cigar shape of one of the two main islands. Discovered by an Italian, colonized by Spain, occupied by the United Kingdom during the Napoleonic conquest of the Iberian peninsula. Winding paths, dirt roads often uphill and too often downhill at the mercy of events that have contributed to the uniqueness of the facets of this Caribbean area. The roots lie in the diversity of its history , tradition and life. Contradictions, sacred and profane, missionaries and pirates, leisure and evasion are an expression that we find in this Rum. Rich bouquet of scents is accented with hints of flowers and tropical fruits. The first impact on the nose transfer immediately the powerful flavor of molasses. From glass emerges a powerful body , well structured and supported by round taste and charm. Rich aromatic ending that veers towards tobacco, vanilla and licorice.
