Classic Clos de Vougeot in character with its much more reserved, indeed even austere dark fruit and intensely earth nose with delectably complex flavors that are very firmly structured but not hard even though this will take the better part of a decade to resolve the structure such that this becomes a pleasure to drink. This is approachable now but I suspect it will close up soon after the mise.
