Monti Cecubi Caecubum Lazio IGT


The "Caecubum" wine of organic production was considered among the best wines in Ancient Rome, produced in the area between Itri, Fondi and Sperlonga. It comes from Serpe and Abbuoto grapes.

Produced from the selection of the best grapes from our Itri and Fondi vineyards. the wine is aged for 9 months in tonneaux, then in the bottle for a year. Hints of marasca cherries in alcohol with hints of spices, very elegant and balanced tannins.
