Meowtallica- a global mini-series with artwork created by artist @katy518.art. In this world, cat rules the world & rock reigns supreme. This is a Highland Park matured in one of Club Qing’s favorite cask type- the fino sherry cask, which gives a splendid and unique expression to this whisky from Orkney island.

Nose: Coastal, wet fishnet, cooked dates, very earthy, briny, wet rocks, mineral, mildly ashy.

Palate: Now more “HP”. Bubblegum, chicken consommé, medium peat, ashy again, grilled vegetables, mineral, very complex, and interesting! 

Finish: Medium length, brine resurfaces with smoke, ash, spearmint to end.
