The latest from the West Town Bier Series of Oak-Aged Wild Ales is Glitter Box, a Saison brewed with a multitude of spices. The Belgians say if you can taste any one spice you've added too much, you be the judge and come scratch through layers of Bay Leaf, Rosemary, Foraged Ponderosa Pine, White Peppercorns, Mint, Sumac, Coriander and Chamomile. Glitter Box spent 1 year in mostly neutral oak barrels and has layered notes of RIeseling, English Tea and lemon balm.
