Nose: Baked cherry, vanilla cream, leather

Palate: Sits nicely on the palate with oak, spice, vanilla cream. Has all the depth you'd expect from an 11 year aged bourbon

Finish: Brown sugar, charred oak, creme bruleé, with a hint of pepper
