St. Magdalener is a medium-bodied red succulent wine with mild acidity, and a hint of bitterness on the finish.  Made up of 95% Vernatch (Schiava) and 5% Lagrein. Brilliant translucent ruby red in colour with a fruity bouquet reminiscent of black cherry and violets.
