It is crisp, clean, and minerally, contrasting the typical heavy oiliness found in some southern whites. This white blend features wild notes of citrus, ripe pear, stone fruits, melon, fresh-cut hay, and fennel. Delicious with fish, shellfish or as an aperitif.
