he initial aromas are lovely and elegantly mature with wax, honey, Quine, melon and orange blossom. Next come sweet linseed oil and a wealth of spices. The rich and complex blend is joined by a refreshing bergamot, lime, candied orange and mandarine.

An exceptional champagne made from Chardonnays from our Grand Cru vineyards in Cramant and Oiry. Highly aromatic with aromas of sweet pastries, honey and toasted almonds, it is perfect as an aperitif for those special evening parties or marvelous with foie gras, capon or warm rum baba with chocolate.
