Brovia Barolo offers classic, structured, and earthy notes of rose petal, tar, leather, and dried cherries, balanced with mineral undertones, forest berries, and spicy hints of clove/cinnamon, often showcasing high acidity and firm tannins for long aging, with vineyard-specific notes like Brea's tart currants/earthiness or Rocche di Castiglione's rich menthol/woodsmoke, all rooted in tradition with elegant complexity
