Aylés, Vino de Pago Cuesta del Herrero is an organic Spanish red wine blend. Made of 50% Tempranillo, 30% Garnacha, and Merlot and Cabernet Sauvigon. It's a Grand Cru, single estate.  Although the alcohol percentage is high at 14%, it is medium bodied, has dark ripe fruit like black cherry and plum, with an earthy spiciness, moderate tannins, and well-balanced acidity,
