Full-bodied and sweet. This small batch bourbon is a four barrel blend aged for 7 years on the Mendocino coast. Featuring dominant notes of caramel, nougat, and light hint of citrus fruit. Long, smooth, and robust with lingering hints of baking spice and tobacco oak.

 70% Corn, 24% Rye, 6% Malted Barley
