Old-style Chablis from the North. Florence and her husband François are 8th generation farmers with eighten hectares in Villy. Most of their vines are betwen 60-80-year-old including a tiny slice of the Chablis Premier Cru “Les Fourneaux”, the only Premier Cru to face due South.

The palate is crisp and refreshing, offering flavors of citrus, green apple, and nectarine. A long, clean finish, and is complemented by a chalky or flinty minerality.
