Château Grand Village Bordeaux Blanc is a creamy white. The nose reveals grapefruit, melon and honey. The palate is oily, with a delicious minerality. White pear flavour. Citrus, fresh and spicy finish. 

It is a coupage of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon varieties in equal proportions from vines planted in the chalky, clayey soil that is typical of Saint-Émilion. The vines are about 35 years old and are surrounded by meadows and forests where traditional agriculture is practiced manually and without chemical herbicides. Once the grapes have been harvested, 60% of the wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks, 30% in new oak barrels and 10% in one-year-old barrels at a low temperature to respect the fruit. The wine is then aged for 8 months in 225 litre French oak barrels.
